Jeremy M. Evans is an award-winning attorney, CEO and Managing Attorney of California Sports Lawyer, where he represents companies, creators, talent, and entrepreneurs in entertainment, media, sports, intellectual property, and technology matters. Based in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, California, Jeremy focuses on high-level dealmaking, negotiations, and business strategy for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups, agencies, production companies, studios, and professional talent. He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners and Super Lawyers for his work in entertainment, sports, business, and intellectual property law.
Jeremy is the host and executive producer of The California Sports Lawyer Podcast on the Bleav Network, one of the world’s leading sports law podcasts, where he explores the legal and business issues shaping entertainment, media, sports, and emerging technology. A former President of the California Lawyers Association and California Lawyers Foundation, Jeremy also teaches sports law at California State University, Long Beach and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation. He holds degrees from UCLA, Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and Pepperdine University, including an LL.M. in Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law and an M.B.A. in Entertainment, Media, and Sports Management.
